X-ONE PRO Smart Physical Assessment System
The X-ONE PRO combines direct segmental multi-frequency bioelectrical impedance analysis (DSM-BIA) with 3D structured-light depth capture. Its compact, foldable structure is suited to fitness and wellness facilities that need a structured assessment and progress-tracking workflow.

Assessment Outputs
Body composition: body weight, fat-free mass, soft lean mass, fat mass, skeletal muscle mass, protein, mineral content, total body water, visceral fat index, BMI, percent body fat, FFMI, basal metabolic rate, total energy expenditure, physical age, segmental lean analysis, segmental fat analysis and historical trends.
Posture: forward head posture, cervical scoliosis, rounded shoulders, uneven shoulders, anterior pelvic tilt, pelvic obliquity, O/X legs and knee hyperextension.
